Life has been so crazy lately! Why not set aside 30 minutes to RELAX, and help the homeless animals of the VAO while you are at it! Angela Riviello will lead a 30 minute session focusing on mediation techniques, mindfulness and breathing exercises. We encourage you to include your pet while you de-stress too!
There are 2 sessions scheduled so far: Feb 2 at 5 pm, and Feb 6 at 9:30 am.

Each session is $20 and all proceeds benefit the VAO!
