Adoption fees help defray the cost of providing housing, care, and food for the animals, as well as all necessary vet medical care, including spay/neuter and microchips.
Regular Adoption Fees*
- Puppies (all sizes, six months and younger): $425
- Small & Toy Adult Dogs (22 lbs and under, 7 months and older): $350
- Adult Dogs (23 lbs and over, 7 months and older): $300
- Senior Dogs (7 years and older): $75
- Special Needs Dogs: $75
- Dogs at the shelter for 6 months or more: $100
- Kittens (6 months and younger): $150 for 1, or 2 kittens for $250
- Adult Cats (7 months and older): $100
- Senior Cats (7 years and older): $50
- Special Needs Cats: $50
Cat adoptions facilitated at offsite locations are an additional $5.00 to accommodate adoption processing fees.
