29th Annual Woofstock Festival Vendor / Exhibitor Details

Vendor/Exhibitor Guidelines
1. The fee for a 10×10 vendor space is $80, NON-REFUNDABLE, ($100 if received after 8/30/25). Your registration will only be considered complete upon receipt of your payment. If you require a space greater than 10×10, you may purchase an additional space for $80 which will ensure two, side by side spots. Vendors are not permitted to share a space with another group. Vendors will be listed in the event program,
provided that their registration is received by 8/30/25.
2. Vendors must bring their own tents, chairs, tables, generators, etc. We do not provide power. If you are bringing a generator, please make a note of it on the vendor application so that we can place you appropriately. Booth must be neat and clean at all times. Vendors may only use their designated 10×10 area. Vendors must arrive no later than 10:00 a.m. NO CARS will be permitted onto the designated festival space after 10:00 a.m. Volunteers will be available to assist vendors unload in the morning. Space is not assigned on a first come, first served basis. Space will be assigned by the VAO in a manner that is most effective for the overall festival.
3. Vendors are responsible for removing and disposing of their own trash. Vendors may NOT drive their vehicles onto the designated festival space to pack-up until after the festival concludes at 4:00 pm.
4. The fee for FOOD VENDORS is $250, NON-REFUNDABLE. All food vendors will be located at one end of the festival. There will be a large tent with tables and chairs nearby to create a food court atmosphere. ALL food vendors MUST complete the Voorhees Fire District Application for Permit (we will forward to you) and submit no later than 8/30/25. Only FOOD VENDORS may sell food and beverages at the event.
5. All vendors selling merchandise are responsible for the collection and payment of all applicable state sales tax. Vendors are also responsible for any permits that may be required of them including a certificate of insurance.
6. There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. We ask that all vendors be able to commit in advance to the event date of 9/27/25. Only in the event that we must cancel the Festival due to COVID-19 and/or Health Guidelines will refunds be offered.
7. We ask that all vendors donate a basket (or item) for the auction that is held at the event. We thank you in advance!
8. Vendor space will not be given to religious or political groups, or vendors promoting a religious or political affiliation.
9. Up to 20 Animal Rescue groups with 501-c-3 status will receive the benefit of waived registration fees. Please note that we will only waive fees for animal related, non-profit organizations. Non-animal related charitable organizations are subject to an $80 registration fee. ** You will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of submitting

ALL participating vendors, excluding non-profits, are required to provide a raffle basket for the event.
