We just don’t understand why Joe hasn’t found a home yet!
Our buddy hit the road to go visit our good friends at FOX 29 and most importantly his new BFF Dawn Timmeney FOX 29 and make his TV debut! 
Joe is thankfully not at the shelter, but instead is hanging out in a fabulous foster home where he is doing amazingly! He is a very independent boy and doesn’t let being differently-abled slow him down. We think he will do well in just about any household, and would definitely love another doggy friend he can play with at home. 
Joe is a true couch potato and would love nothing more than to be cuddled up with you, oh, and he’d love to share your snacks with you too!
